I am a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. My extensive experience, empathetic nature, and collaborative approach to care make me an excellent choice for individuals seeking mental health support on their journey to well-being.
Philosophy
I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling life and that mental health is a key component of overall well-being. My goal is to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatment to help my patients achieve their mental health goals.
Services
I offer a range of services either in-person or via telehealth, including psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy. I work collaboratively to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to your specific needs.
Practice Policies
As a PMHNP, I provide mental services and specialized treatment in areas in which I have been trained. My commitment is to assist clients with their identified mental health needs. If at any point I feel you would benefit from services that I do not provide, I have an ethical obligation to assist you in obtaining those services.
Confidentiality
According to New Jersey Law and my Professional Code of Ethics, all information disclosed in our sessions, and the written records of those sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission. The following are exceptions in which the law requires disclosure: If you are in danger of harming yourself or others, if there is evidence of child or elder abuse, pre-natal exposure to controlled substances, or there is a court order. Additionally, parents or legal guardians of non-emancipated minor clients have the right to access the clients' records.
Fees
I am an out of network provider. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Some or all of your fees may be covered by your health insurance, if you have outpatient mental health coverage. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Cancellations
Sessions are made by appointment and are vary in length. I require 24 hours notification when canceling a session. Please understand that you will be billed for the session if a cancellation is made on the day of the appointment. I have reserved that time to meet with you and if you do not let me know you need to change your appointment, I am not able to offer that time to another client.
Emails, Phone Calls, & Emergencies
For small administrative matters such as making or changing appointments, you are welcome to text/call me. If you need to contact me between sessions about a clinical matter, please send an email or leave a voicemail. I generally will return messages within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends). If you are in need of immediate assistance or are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

As a current or prospective customer you understand that you can text us STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS text messages from us. You can text us HELP at any time to receive help. You understand that the messaging frequency may vary. Messaging & data rates may apply. Your mobile information will not be shared with any third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All policies are followed as per CTIA guidelines 5.2.1. At any time if you want your information to be removed, you can contact us via our email address or regular mail.
